Part-Time Veterinarian – Kogarah Veterinary Hospital!

Kogarah Veterinary Hospital, a highly regarded small animal hospital located in Kogarah (Sydney South), NSW, is seeking a dedicated Part-Time Veterinarian to join our fantastic team. We have just moved into a brand new purpose built clinic!

About Our Facilities:

Our purpose-built facilities, established just three years ago, offer a modern and welcoming environment. We also have the added advantage of retaining our original premises next door, allowing for potential expansion.

Our hospital is equipped with:

• 4 spacious consultation rooms
• Sterile surgery and surgery with wet bench
• DR X-ray processors & 3 X-ray generators
• IM3 dental X-ray system & 2 IM3 dental machines
• Colour Doppler ultrasound
• In-house pathology: IDEXX blood machines (Catalyst, Procyte, Snap dx and blood gases), Abaxis blood machine with coagulation testing, quantitative fPL, cPL and vaccine titre testing
• Tonopen & PetMAP blood pressure monitor
• Multiple anaesthetic monitors & ECGs
• Hot Dog anaesthesia warming devices & post-op Bear Hugger
• Separate dog and cat wards and cat boarding facilities
• Vision software with multiple stations

Who We're Looking For:

• A qualified Veterinarian with registration (or eligibility) with the NSW Veterinary Practitioners Board
• Ideally 3+ years’ experience in small animal practice, although we’re open to passionate veterinarians at different stages of their careers
• A great communicator and team player who enjoys building strong relationships with clients and colleagues
• Someone looking for a part-time role with flexibility and a supportive, collaborative team
