Open to final-year veterinary students and recent graduates, our 24-month Graduate Academy is where new graduates come to succeed. From day one, you'll be welcomed into a hand-picked clinic at one of our established hospitals, surrounded by a team committed to your growth, helping you build the strong foundation needed to succeed and enjoy life as a veterinarian.
Through a blend of practical case exposure, structured training sessions, and regular development check-ins with your mentor, you'll rapidly strengthen your clinical decision-making, consultation skills and professional confidence, backed by a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits along the way.
Designed for New Graduates
Over two years, you'll take part in formal learning opportunities designed to deepen your knowledge and broaden your experience. With guidance from your experienced leadership team, you'll be encouraged to challenge yourself and build momentum early in your career.
As a member of the Graduate Academy, you'll be supported not only by your clinical team but a wider network, including your General Manager, Regional Manager and Veterinary Manager, all committed to helping you succeed.
