As a Lead Talent Acquisition Business Partner at VetPartners, Aimee brings a national and international lens to recruitment, understanding what different clinics need and what different vets are looking for. What she enjoys most is the conversation before the job offer, getting to know someone's goals and finding them a team and culture where they'll actually be happy.

Leading recruitment across VIC & TAS, Pri brings a career built across Travel & Tourism, Marketing, IT and the NDIS, but the thread running through all of it has always been the same: a love of people and their stories.

What she loves most is getting to know candidates beyond their CV, taking the time to understand what someone actually wants their next chapter to look like before matching them with a clinic. For Pri, every conversation is different, and there's nothing more rewarding than helping someone land somewhere they'll genuinely feel happy.

Leading recruitment across WA & SA, Storm brings around eight years of recruitment experience across agency and internal roles, having previously recruited across industries as varied as defence, government, airlines, trades, manufacturing and transport.

Though the veterinary sector was new to her when she joined VetPartners, she's quickly come to love it, getting to know each clinic's unique culture and connecting vets with opportunities where she can genuinely see them thriving. Storm is passionate about helping vets see that a career with VetPartners isn't one-size-fits-all, with such a wide network of clinics, teams and locations, there's space to find the right fit, whatever that looks like.

Petra Mackintosh, Talent Acquisition Business Partner for Queensland, has spent 15 years living both sides of the veterinary world, first as a vet nurse, then through leadership roles including Head Nurse and Operations Manager, before moving into recruitment. She's also spent time teaching Animal Studies and the Certificate in Veterinary Nursing, giving her an even broader view of the profession.

That clinical background means she isn't just filling vacancies; she genuinely understands what day-to-day life in a clinic feels like, and what makes a team work. For Petra, culture is everything, she believes the best clinics are built on people who show up for each other, and she's passionate about helping vets find an environment where they feel genuinely supported and appreciated, whatever stage of life or career they're at.

Erin partners with Veterinarians at every stage of their career, from new graduates finding their first role to experienced and Lead Vets ready for their next move, helping them find the right fit within VetPartners' network of clinics.

With over five years experience in the vet industry, Erin is our Lead Talent Acquisition Business Partner for New Zealand, covering all GP vet recruitment across the country. She loves getting to know each vet's story and career goals, and takes pride in matching people not just with a job, but with the right clinic culture and community for them.

Dr. Alex Fox is a qualified veterinarian who graduated in 2018, going on to work clinically across GP, welfare, and specialty hospitals. That firsthand experience means she genuinely understands what specialist and ECC vets are weighing up when considering their next move.

Now leading Specialty and Emergency & Critical Care recruitment across Australia, Alex brings that clinical insight into every conversation. She's always happy to have a relaxed, confidential chat about your career goals and what you're looking for next.

Steph has been making great connections in the recruitment world since 2017, with a particular passion for the veterinary industry. She’s spent over four years within the industry, the last three of those with VetPartners, where she specialises in recruiting Clinical Support roles across QLD, NSW and ACT.

For Steph, recruitment is about more than ticking boxes — it’s about getting to know people, finding the right fit, and helping people find a clinic where they can thrive. She loves being part of an industry that makes a genuine difference to animal health and the people who care for them. She is often joined in the office by her fur-baby Millie, who is an unofficial (but highly qualified) honorary team member.

Joe has been in recruitment since 2008, bringing a refreshingly honest perspective to every conversation. He joined VetPartners just over a year ago, following a career spanning a wide variety of industries and role types. He's set up multiple recruitment functions from the ground up, and has worked as a sole contributor, a team player, and in leadership roles building and managing teams.

Joe now focuses on Clinical Support recruitment across SA, WA, VIC and TAS. He's at his best when he's busy, juggling multiple briefs and solving problems to help create great employee experiences that support talent development, mobility, and career growth.

Elise has been with VetPartners for over five years and is our Talent Acquisition Business Partner for New Zealand, recruiting for Clinical Support roles across all our clinics in the country.

Eshani has worked in recruitment since 2022 and has been with VetPartners for over a year, supporting locum veterinarians to work across all our GP clinics in Australia.

She's dedicated to making the locum experience as smooth as possible, connecting vets with the right clinics and helping keep our GP network running at its best.

Ashleigh has been with VetPartners for over four years and leads our Locum recruitment for New Zealand.

With extensive knowledge of the New Zealand veterinary market, she works closely with both clinics and veterinarians to support workforce needs across the country. Ashleigh enjoys the variety that locum recruitment brings and takes pride in helping practices maintain continuity of care while creating flexible and rewarding opportunities for veterinarians looking to explore different locations and teams.
