What We Look For

Beyond the qualifications on paper, we're looking for people who genuinely care about their patients, their teams and the community around them. People who enjoy working together, keep the conversation open with colleagues and clients, and are always keen to learn and grow.

Whatever stage of your career you're at, if you bring that mindset, you'll fit right in.

Feeling Confident for Your Interview

A great interview is really just a great conversation, the same kind you will find across our network once you're in.

A little preparation goes a long way:

  • Confirm the time, location (or video link), and arrive with a few minutes to spare
  • Do a little homework on the clinic or team you're meeting - who they are, what they do, and what you're curious to know
  • Bring examples of your experience, not just a list of it - be ready to talk through real situations
  • Prepare a few questions of your own - a good interview goes both ways
  • Be yourself. We're not just assessing skills, we're getting to know the person behind them
