Full-Time Practice Manager I Everton Park Vet Surgery

Everton Park Vet Surgery is looking for an enthusiastic, capable and people-focused Practice Manager to join our team on a full-time basis.

About the Role

As Practice Manager, you will play a key role in the overall running and development of Everton Park Vet Surgery.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you will have the opportunity to put your own stamp on the practice and help to further establish the systems, processes and culture that will support the clinic as it grows.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing the day-to-day operations of the practice
• Leading, supporting and developing the veterinary and support team
• Creating and maintaining a positive, supportive workplace culture
• Managing staff performance, rosters and day-to-day people matters
• Overseeing client service and helping to build strong client relationships
• Supporting financial and operational performance
• Developing and improving practice systems and processes
• Maintaining high standards of patient care and workplace organisation
• Working with the veterinary team to identify opportunities for growth
• Helping shape the future direction of the clinic

About You

• Has previous veterinary practice management experience, or strong leadership experience within a veterinary environment
• Is confident managing and motivating a team
• Has excellent organisational and communication skills
• Is proactive and solutions-focused
• Has strong attention to detail
• Understands the importance of exceptional client service
• Is commercially aware and comfortable with the operational side of running a practice
• Enjoys developing people and creating a positive workplace culture
• Is willing to roll up their sleeves and be part of the team
• Has the drive and initiative to help grow a clinic
