Part-Time Veterinarian – Evenings & Weekends | Vetwest Midland

Are you looking for a role where you can grow your own skills while helping shape the next generation of vets?

Vetwest Midland is looking for a part-time veterinarian to join our developing, highly supportive team. This role would suit a vet who enjoys mentoring, collaboration and being part of a clinic that is actively building for the future.

About the role

We are seeking availability for evening shifts up until 7:00pm, along with 1 in 3 full weekends, 8:30am–5:00pm. These hours are key growth times for our clinic and offer a great opportunity to build strong client relationships in a fast-growing local community.

Why join Midland?

Midland is a growing area, with new developments close by and a rising number of new clients looking for their perfect vet to follow. Our team is focused on streamlining workflow, improving in-house capability and building a strong, loyal client base as we prepare for an exciting move into a new purpose-built clinic.

You will be part of a strong development-focused team, supporting and mentoring some of our newer vets while still having plenty of opportunity to pursue your own areas of interest. We offer a generous CE allowance and study leave benefit to help you continue building your clinical skills.

You will also be part of a large, collaborative POD of clinics, giving you access to shared knowledge, resources and clinical support across a broad network.

What we are looking for

We would love to hear from a vet who:

  • Enjoys mentoring and supporting less experienced vets
  • Is confident working independently during busy evening and weekend periods
  • Wants to grow their own clinical skills
  • Values teamwork, communication and client relationships
  • Is excited to be part of a clinic entering its next phase of growth

This is a great opportunity to join a team with momentum, purpose and a clear vision for the future.

Come and be part of the growth at Vetwest Midland.
