Senior Veterinarian | AdelaideVet

Cross-Site Role | Trinity Gardens & Goodwood Road

Two teams to connect with. Fresh perspectives to share. A senior role where your experience matters.

Picture starting your day with colleagues who value your opinion. There’s a case to talk through, a surgical patient to prepare for and an opportunity to help another vet feel more confident in their next step.

Across AdelaideVet Trinity Gardens and Goodwood Road, you’ll bring your experience to two teams while staying hands-on in the clinical work you enjoy.

If you like variety, building relationships and sharing what you know, this could be your next chapter.

🐾 Find your place across two clinics

This cross-site role offers the opportunity to become a familiar, trusted colleague at both Trinity Gardens and Goodwood Road.

You’ll get to know the people beside you, build relationships with clients and contribute your own ideas and clinical interests. Working across both locations also creates opportunities to share knowledge and strengthen connections between the teams.

At Goodwood Road, you’ll work in a purpose-built clinic with quality facilities and equipment, alongside a close-knit team who value collaboration and continued learning.

🩺 Experience you can put to work - and pass on

Your days will combine consulting, medical case management and surgery, with opportunities to support colleagues through case discussions and practical guidance.

You’ll have room to:

• Manage your own cases and deliver thoughtful, high-quality patient care.

• Share your clinical reasoning and help less experienced vets build confidence.

• Collaborate with colleagues on challenging presentations.

• Support consistent clinical standards across both clinics.

• Continue developing your own interests while contributing to the growth of others.

You don’t need a formal leadership title to make a meaningful difference. Sometimes, it’s the conversation after a consult, the second opinion or the calm guidance during a procedure that matters most.

🌱 Keep growing, too

As part of AdelaideVet, you’ll be connected to experienced veterinarians across nearby clinics, with further clinical and professional support through the wider VetPartners network.

Whether you want to explore a clinical interest, learn from another veterinarian’s experience or discuss your next career step, you’ll have a broader community to draw on.

🤝 Could you see yourself here?

You’re an experienced small animal veterinarian who enjoys both consulting and surgery, values teamwork and is comfortable managing cases independently.

You’ll bring:

• Strong clinical judgement and a commitment to patient care.

• Clear, compassionate communication with clients and colleagues.

• An approachable manner and a willingness to share your knowledge.

• Flexibility and enthusiasm for working across two clinic teams.

• A recognised veterinary qualification and registration, or eligibility for registration, in South Australia.
