The Opportunity:

As Clinical Lead Veterinarian, you will play a pivotal role in shaping both the clinical direction and team culture of the hospital. • Mentor and support veterinarians to build confidence and capability

  • Contribute to the ongoing growth and direction of the clinic

  • Work closely with the leadership team on strategy, team development, and clinical standards

  • Foster a collaborative and positive learning environment for the entire team

  • Support and guide nurses and animal attendants in their professional development

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary package reflective of your experience and leadership capability

  • A supportive and collaborative workplace with a varied and busy caseload

  • Access to ongoing professional development and leadership training

  • Generous CPD allowance and paid study leave

  • Flexible working arrangements to support work-life balance

  • Access to VetPartners’ Veterinary Training Centres

  • Relocation assistance and visa sponsorship available for the right candidate

  • Opportunities to further develop your special interests and leadership skills

About You:

We are looking for a veterinarian who is:

  • Experienced in small animal general practice (minimum 5 years preferred)

  • Confident in both medicine and surgery

  • Passionate about mentoring and developing others

  • A strong communicator who enjoys building relationships with clients and colleagues

  • Committed to delivering high-quality, collaborative veterinary care

  • Eligible for full registration with the NSW Veterinary Practitioners Board
