Lead Veterinarian | Brighton Vet | Full Time or Part Time
A few minutes from the beach, a genuinely lovely team and the chance to shape a clinic you’re proud to call your own.
Picture this: you arrive in the morning, coffee in hand, and check in with the team about the day ahead. One of the vets wants to bounce a case off you, a nurse has an idea to make the day run more smoothly, and everyone is happy to share their thoughts and lend a hand.
You spend most of your day doing what you love - consulting, operating and caring for patients - but you’re also the person the team can turn to for guidance, encouragement or a second opinion.
That’s what leadership looks like at Brighton Vet. You won’t be stuck behind a desk or expected to have all the answers. You’ll work alongside the team, helping good people become even better while continuing to grow as a vet yourself.
🐾 A team ready for its next chapter
Brighton Vet has a close-knit team of veterinarians and highly skilled nurses who care deeply about their patients, clients and each other.
Working closely with the team, including our incredible Head Nurse, Zoye, you’ll help shape the clinic’s direction, strengthen clinical standards and create an environment where people feel heard and supported.
“Brighton Vet is inclusive, fun and always striving to be better. There’s a genuine sense of teamwork and support, and we understand and value the important role each of us plays. Even on the hard days, we can still find a reason to laugh and wear a smile. Someone who is passionate about what they do and genuinely excited to teach, learn and grow would thrive here.”
Zoye, Head Nurse
You’ll remain hands-on across consults, surgery and case management. The caseload is predominantly small animal, with the occasional wildlife case, supported by modern imaging, endoscopy and a well-equipped clinical environment.
