• Supporting client experience, including handling feedback and complaints
• Promoting a positive, collaborative, and high-performing team culture
• Working a rotating roster including 1 in 3 weekends

What We’re Looking For
• Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing (or equivalent)
• Confident across all aspects of veterinary nursing, including anaesthesia and surgery
• An interest in leadership, with either proven experience or readiness to step up
• Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving abilities
• A genuine passion for patient care and delivering excellent client experiences
• A team-first attitude with the ability to lead by example
